Accounting & Administration Officer (AM-000-00-AL)

THE COMPANY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Candidate who can multifunction in Accounting, Administration and Logistics.

Handle day to day transactions and forward documents to the external accounting company

Secure proper cash management for daily operations and ensure that proper controls are in place to safeguard the Company's assets

Manage Account Receivables

Do weekly reporting on orders received and invoiced sales

Coordinate and communicate with Sales, Service and Warehouse/Inventory functions to ensure smooth delivery plans

Assist in preparation of required documents for Customs clearance for imports

Perform general duties in office administration, securing good working environment

THE CANDIDATE:

Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting

5 years multifunctional experience in a multinational company, well acquainted with local accounting rules and familiar with logistics and administration

Active team-player with good problem solving and planning skills

Highly dedicated and self motivated with positive attitude

Experience in using an ERP system

Good communication and presentation skills in English

COMPENSATION:
